Our menu is made up of the “raw materials” produced inside the farm, and changes from day to day by following the seasonal rhythms of the country and its productions. Amongst the typical dishes of our kitchen we suggest our starters made up of cold cuts, cheese (including the Pecorino di Filiano DOP), vegetables au gratin and grilled, soffritto, pancotto, acquasala with egg, tripe and potatoes;
our first courses among which fusilli with sausage sauce, strascinati with cruschi peppers, orecchiette with aubergines and ricotta cheese; our meats, veal, lamb, pork and game cooked in several tasty ways; as well a variety of desserts, all made on our farm, everything accompanied by the renowned mineral waters of Vulture and an excellent Aglianico wine.
